Security Audit and Training Manager
(based in Budapest)

Security Audit and Training Manager is an employee of Company Security responsible for aviation security training program, security quality matters as well as communications with Hungarian aviation and governmental agencies and facility protection oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring effectiveness of the Wizz Air Security Program according to security quality control program;
  • Monitoring activities of legal entities related to security;
  • Monitoring activities of departments related to security;
  • Developing company security training program;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective security liaison with Civil Aviation Authority of Hungary, Hungarian airport authorities, law enforcement and government agencies;
  • Maintaining effective security liaison with airport authorities and law enforcement agencies of other countries;
  • Participating in promoting company-wide security standards;
  • Participating in development of security procedures;
  • Coordinating and supervising physical defense of Wizz Air Group bases;
  • Participating in airline risk and threat analysis;
  • Reporting all actual or suspected acts of unlawful interference to the appropriate authority;
  • Participating in investigations on security-related matters;
  • Analyzing security-related reports from company departments on security-related matters and taking appropriate actions.

Requirements:

  • College / university degree
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in aviation security
  • Basic ICAO / IATA security trainnig
  • ICAO / IATA security auditor certificate is a plus;
  • ICAO / IATA security trainer certificate is a plus;
  • Knowledge of English and Hungarian languages
  • Precise, punctual working manner
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
